My dad has done a bit of traveling this summer, so mom and I have taken advantage of having girl time. We really enjoy going to the Collierville mall (The Avenue at Carriage Crossing) and doing window shopping and getting a bite to eat. Our favorite place to eat the Crepe Maker. Here are some pics of the delicious crepes. For my entree crepe, I usually get the chicken fajita. Then, dessert is To Die For. It's strawberries, bananas, cheesecake, and dulce de leche or nutella chocolate.
