They start out by doing all kinds of "tricks" and really entertain as they cook. I believe we got an extra special show because of the kids.

If anyone ever goes home hungry after eating hibachi food, I'd be impressed. Just look at this mound of rice.

Yes, that is a big glob of butter on top!

My favorite is the fire volcano made with the onions.

Yummy vegetables and shrimp.

And, no meal is complete without chicken (or as Claire calls it: bock-bock chicken).

Unfortunately, I didn't get a picture of the steak. I ate it way too fast. All hibachi entrees are served with the clear soup and salad. I don't really eat soup, so I usually just eat the mushrooms out. I'm also not a big salad eater, but the ginger dressing is amazing (am I'm not really a big ginger fan). I think Harrison liked the dressing too. He kept licking his piece of lettuce and dipping it back in the dressing.
We also had a crunchy shrimp roll and spicy crawfish roll. Both were good, but the spicy roll was a little too much for Harry D and Shan. Unfortunately, I didn't get a picture before we started eating.
Until next time...HAPPY DINING!
