TIGER BASKETBALL

Well, this was definitely a transition year for Memphis Basketball. I don't have season tickets, but I love to go to as many games as possible. (One day when I get rich and famous, I will get season tickets...)


Above, is Elliot Williams doing his thing. This was taken at the Memphis vs Southern Miss game. It wasn't the beat down I was looking for, but Memphis is still undefeated against Larry Eustachy (the Southern Miss coach).

Below, is the University of Memphis party bus. Several students went and picked up an old school bus and totally renovated it.


Below, is the Memphis Pep Band. They always get the crowd pumped up.


Unfortunately, we did not make it to the NCAA tournament this year. But, we did get a bid for the NIT, although we lost to Ole Miss in the second round...so sad.

Oh well, I guess now it's time to get pumped up about Tiger Football. We have a new coach this year, so hopefully we'll have a great season. Welcome home Larry (Porter), welcome home. (Larry Porter, the new head football coach is a former player for Memphis.)
